Mike joined Hanover Direct in 1995 and held the position of Vice-President - Information Technology Operations. In 1996 he was promoted to SVP/Chief Information Officer, and in March of 2001 Mike advanced to his current role responsible for information technology, fulfillment & distribution, and telemarketing. Previously, Mike held senior manager positions with Avon Fashions, as well as telecommunication and technical positions with Purolator Courier, and TRW. Mike graduated from Thomas Nelson College and studied economics at Christopher Newport University in Virginia.

Steve joined Hanover Direct in 1995. He most recently had been President/COO at Lillian Vernon, and has held senior merchandising positions at Brylane/Lane Bryant Catalog, Avon Fashions and Pierre Cardin. He began his career with Sears Roebuck & Company. Steve is a graduate of the University of Buffalo, and earned his M.B.A. at Bernard Baruch.

Jed joined Gump's in 1987, and in 1997 was promoted to President of the San Francisco luxury store. He had previously worked at Neiman Marcus. Jed is a graduate of Merritt College and George Washington University.
