Keystone Internet Services, Inc. and KBKIDS.COM, LLC Terminate Agreement

WEEHAWKEN, NJ – July 25, 2000 – Hanover Direct, Inc. (AMEX: HNV) announced today that Keystone Internet Services, Hanover’s e-commerce services provider, and KBKids.com, LLC have mutually agreed to terminate and not renew the fulfillment services agreement previously entered into by the companies. Based on KBkids.com’s intention to perform its fulfillment needs in-house instead of outsourcing fulfillment to Keystone, the companies have begun the 60-day wind-down period pertaining to services provided by Keystone to KBkids.com.
