Hanover Direct Subsiadary, Keystone Internet Services Signs Multi-Year Agreement With Camdens, Inc.

WEEHAWKEN, NJ – June 27, 2000 – Hanover Direct, Inc. (AMEX: HNV) announced today that Camdens, Inc. (http://www.camdens.com) has entered into a contractual agreement with Keystone Internet Services, the Company’s e-commerce services provider. Keystone will provide merchandise fulfillment services for Camdens, the leading business-to-business Company delivering end-to-end executive gift, reward, recognition and incentive solutions.

Under the terms of the agreement, Keystone will provide merchandise fulfillment services including receiving and warehousing of product; picking, packing, processing and shipping; and special processing/handling programs. Camdens will become a premier tenant in Keystone’s 700,000 square-foot state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Maumelle, Arkansas.

In addition to providing distinctive, often customized merchandise, Camdens offers online gift giving program administration tools as well as highly personalized account management services. Additional services include email notification and delivery as well as Recipient's Choice technology, a feature pioneered by Camdens which enables Recipients to select a gift from a virtual gift basket created by the Sender.
