Hanover Direct Names Frank C. DiMaria President of Keystone Internet Services

Hanover Direct, Inc. (AMEX: HNV) has announced that Frank C. DiMaria has been promoted to President of Keystone Internet Services, Inc.

Mr. DiMaria joined Keystone Internet Services, Inc., the Company’s third party, end-to-end, fulfillment, logistics and e-care provider in June 1999 as Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing. He has been pivotal in establishing Keystone as a leading provider of e-commerce services and third-party fulfillment while building the Keystone third-party portfolio of branded, market leaders. Mr. DiMaria will report to Rakesh K. Kaul, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hanover Direct, Inc.

"Drawing on his 20 years of experience in the logistics industry, Frank has assembled a world class sales and marketing organization and provided it strong marketing leadership. In this new role, Keystone, under Frank’s guidance, will grow its client base and greatly expand its market leadership position," stated Kaul.

Mr. DiMaria replaces Richard Metzler who has recently left the Company to pursue other industry opportunities.

Mr. DiMaria joined Keystone Internet Services from The Stanley Works where was responsible for developing retail relationships with companies like Target, Costco and Kmart. Prior to his tenure at The Stanley Works, Mr. DiMaria held senior sales management positions at P & O Nedlloyd, an international transportation trade company, and Federal Express Corporation, where he was responsible for directing the development of sales partnerships for the largest global account in the FedEx system.
